Focus of activities of Sambandh remained in skill development and Entrepreneurship Development and employment generation activities. During the year we have organized skill development and EDP programmes in District Champawat & Dehradun (Uttarakhand). The following skill development and Entrepreneurship development programmes were organized during the years by Sambandh.

Sambandh has been actively involved in agriculture promotion. Our agriculture promotion activities range from awareness generation, adoption of modern agriculture practices, promotion of hi-breed seed to improve productivity of crops and to promote cash crop for higher return from agriculture activities for farmers. During the year we have worked with District Agriculture Department for promotion of agriculture in which we have provide capacity building training to farmers, exposure visits to Pant Nagar Agriculture to University to see new development in agriculture. Total 61 farmers of Champawat District taken the advantage of our programme. The programme was supported by District Agriculture Department under ATMA Project.

Sambandh actively involved in formation of SHGs, their capacity building, linking them with banks. We also provide support to SHG members in starting economic activities. Sambandh has formed and undertaken task of capacity building of SHG members. We have promoted more than 250 self help groups with the help of Nabard and DRDA Champawat, Bageshwar and Udham Singh Nagar District of Uttarakhand. During the year we have supported the following numbers of SHG under SHG Promotion Schemer of DRDA.
All SHG members were provided training in conducting meeting, book keeping, maintaining records and motivating SHG Members for starting income generating activities. With a aim to linked group members with income generating activities we have also organized Training Programme for SHG members in Bee Keeping, Off season vegetable, Fisheries, Tailoring and Painting, etc.

With aim to support SHG members to sell their products Sambandh has provided marketing support and linkages by opening retail outlets in NCR regions especially for selling their products. Products such as spices, pulses, vegetable, oils, fruits, millets are grown by SHG members but due to lack of marketing support they were compelled to sell their products to middleman who pays them very less price for their products. In association with District Rural Development Agency, Champawat and District SHG Federation Sambandh facilitated the activity of selling their products directly to the consumer which fetch them higher return for their products. The products were sold through opening outlets in NCR region and through other outlets in Champawat, Haldwani, Nainital, Rudrapur Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and Faridabad. We have also organized direct sale through rickshows in the NCR Region. Organic products such as
The common facility cantre was also operated by Sambandh at Saras Marketing Centre, Champawat in which facilities like grading grinding, pouching, packaging and storage were made available to SHG members.
Products of SHG members were also sold through rural marts functional at Reetha Sahib and Devidhura of Champawat District with the support from NABARD.

During the year Jal Jeevan Mission project implementation work of rural water supply and sanitation in 204 village were undertaken by the organization. The project activities includes base line survey with geo tegging, organizing meeting, creating health and hygiene awareness, making detail project report, training of villagers, providing technical support and overall monitoring of project.

Total 290 farmers were provided technical support under Farmer Club Schem of NABARD. Capacity Building, training programmes and exposure visits were organized for these farmers. We have organized training programme for cultivation of medicinal, horticulture activity, animal husbandry etc. for these farmers club members. Various training programmes for capacity building of farmers were organized by Sambandh.

Above 500 Panchayat representatives of Champawat district along with department officials were trained regarding panchaytiraj act of Uttarakhand, computer literacy, financing and budget management, management of van panchayats, environment pollutions and other related subjects. Program was funded by Directorate of Panchayatiraj Uttarakhand.

We are working with Cooperative department Govt of Uttarakhand and Silage Federation of Uttarakhand as a Handholding agency for silage cultivation and processing on 2000 acres land of Dehradun district. We have cultivated 1000 acres of corn silage crop in sahaspur and Vikas nagar block of Dehradun till now and the remaining work is going on. It is a highly ambitious project of govt of Uttrakhand under GHASIYARI YOJNA scheme in which govt will provide green fodder to hilly dairy farmers.

We have successfully completed Socio economic survey with data digitization of tribal community of Uttarakhand for PATANJALI RESEARCH INSTITUTE who is center of Excellence for tribal development in Uttarakhand. We have covered 9 districts out of 13 in which tribal population majorly resides.

We have successfully completed wall painting work regarding organic farming promotion under PKVY scheme in Dehradun district.

Awareness programs on COVID-19 , Financial Literacy Programme was organized by Sambandh with the help from Health Deptt and NABARD in whole Champawat District of Uttarakhand. Besides we have also organized awareness camps on the following subjects.
